Ferris Wheel
...since I avoid the camera flash, I had to choose an exposure time of one second (without a tripod)...... "Europa Rad" means "Europe Wheel" ... and "Herzlich Willkommen" means "Cordially Welcome" ...
... "Kipp"... that's probably the name of the Ferris wheel operator ...
